First Descents Tributaries Seattle hosted 11 YA local Seattle cancer fighter and survivors for a weekend of kayaking and community in the beautiful San Juan Islands. All and all the weekend was filled with adventure, laughter, and fun! We had a dynamic group that meshed like potatoes and gravy and seemed to become close in a short amount of time.
