Marlena deCarion (aka “Luna”) is originally from the Bay Area, CA where she grew up backpacking with her father in the Sierras (her fav childhood memories). She found her long-term home in the Colorado Rockies where she has since filled her garage with kayaks, skis, backpacks, bikes, climbing gear, surfboards and pretty much any non-motorized sport that could get her outdoors.
As a former Outward Bound instructor and experiential educator, Marlena loves to create transformational learning experiences that help people tap into their human potential and overcome limiting beliefs.
She is also a Master Certified Coach, Faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute and a certified Mindfulness Teacher. Marlena has spent many years practicing meditation, positive psychology and trauma work. Diagnosed in 2018 with Stage 1 CLL, she is passionate about her own “Out Living It” lifestyle and sharing it with all of you.
