2021 Programs are live! Learn more about our upcoming adventures.
We’re thrilled to host you on the show to share your story! Please read the instructions below carefully.
The Out Living It Podcast is all about amplifying stories of healing, transformation, and growth, and sharing resources to support members of the FD community on their journey. Ultimately, our goal is to help listeners answer the question “what does Out Living It mean to me?”
Whether coping with a recent medical diagnosis, cancer or other serious health condition, dealing with loss, or simply navigating the constellation of challenges and life-defining moments we all experience, we’ll dive into this powerful question during our time together.
Our guests range from program alumni, to influencers in advocacy and medicine, to leaders, creatives and elite adventure athletes who share our belief in the healing power of adventure.
At the end of each episode, we hope our listeners feel a sense of belonging and empowerment by tuning in and hearing your personal story.
Special thanks to our friends at the I’m Not Done Yet Foundation for helping to launch this exciting new effort! Interested in sponsoring an episode of the Out Living It Podcast? Contact First Descents to learn more about our sponsorship opportunities.
