Join local FD Community member Mark (“Boaty McBoat-Face”) for a fun Seattle Rafting adventure on the Skykomish River. This guided outing beginning in Index, WA will follow a beautiful section of the Skykomish River, consisting primarily of Class 3 & the possibility of some Class 4 rapids. 

Saturday, June 28| 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Important Details

• Location: Skykomish River. Meet in at Outdoor Adventure Center in Index, WA: 444 Ave A, Index, WA 98256, USA
• Activity: Guided Rafting on the Skykomish River (Class 3 & possibly 4 Rapids). It should take us 4 hours.
• Cost:  $125 per person thanks to our friends at Outdoor Adventure Center!
• Max Capacity: 30 First Come First Serve!
• What to bring: Sun protection, clothes you are ok with getting wet in , water and snacks, change of clothes. 
• Post-Hike Fun (Optional): Meet at Bush House for lunch afterwards! 308 5th St, Index, WA 98256

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups – it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members in the area. Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
