I’m Lamb Chop! I am one of the chefs for FD programs and I am helping recruit recipes for the 2016 edition of Out Cooking It, the FD cookbook.
We would LOVE for alumni to submit some recipes. We are looking for health supportive recipes that are fun to make and share!
Contributors are encouraged to include a few words about the recipe in the description, but reserve any lengthy descriptions or backstories for the notes field since long descriptions throw off the print formatting. We have fields for nutritional info, just leave those blank. As a standard, please scale all your recipes to serve between 4 and 8 people. While we can indicate servings vs. pieces, the system currently supports whole numbers for servings (such as “4 servings”) and can’t support ranges at this time (such as “4-6 servings”).
Please feel free to include a few words about yourself and how nutrition and food have played a part in your life.
Please let me know if I can answer any questions, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
