Informally known to her subjects as “Winnie,” she is a veteran of the programs team who has been proofreading Katniss’ emails for 7+ years … some might say she’s the mastermind behind it all. Between catnaps, chasing sunny spots, and getting her belly rubbed to help brainstorm new recruitment ideas, she finds time to hunt insects, drink tuna tinis, and #adventurelocal in her own backyard. What she lacks in brawn she more than makes up for in brains (and fluff).
