All programs are FREE and include lodging in a spectacular location, plus gear, pro-guided instruction, chef-prepared meals, and time to kick back with fellow members of our incredible FD community.
JOIN US FOR A 2026 HEALING ADVENTURE!
Join local FD community member, Shin aka “Slim Shady” at the Northwestern Lurie Cancer Celebration Walk in beautiful Grant Park near downtown Chicago. The early registration fee is $25 and includes a t-shirt. There will be music, entertainment, free food as well as activities for kids.

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups – it’ll be a fun day hanging out with some local FD community members. Feel free to invite along friends/family as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
