Take some time to connect with nature alongside fellow healthcare workers on this renewing HERO RECHARGE program with First Descents! Together we will be hiking and working on our yoga practice. This program has a little of everything to help you take a break and find some balance.

All accommodations and meals will be provided. No experience necessary.
