All programs are FREE and include lodging in a spectacular location, plus gear, pro-guided instruction, chef-prepared meals, and time to kick back with fellow members of our incredible FD community.

Phoenix Mountain Preserve

Phoenix, AZ

Join local Phoenix FD community member Dominic (“Sprocket”) for a fun 4-mile hiking adventure at Phoenix Mountain Preserve. We will meet for the hike at 8:30am and are planning to grab brunch after at OHSO in Arcadia.

Important Details

  • Where: Phoenix Mountain Preserve
  • Activity: We will be hiking the Freedom Trail Loop! You can check it out HERE.
  • Duration: 4-miles
  • What to bring: Make sure you wear sunscreen and comfortable hiking shoes, and bring a water bottle and snacks!
  • Other things to note: Please leave your furry friends at home. Dogs are not allowed on the trail.
  • Post-Hike Fun (Optional): We are planning to grab brunch after at OHSO in Arcadia.

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups – it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members in the area. Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
