Join local FD Community member Dominic (“Sprocket”) for a fun Phoenix hiking adventure at Papago Park! 

Saturday, November 8 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Important Details

• Location: Papago Park: 625 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008
• Activity: Hiking the 2 mile Double Butte Loop Trail (AllTrails). It should take us about an hour, followed by exploring the Desert Botanical Gardens.
• Cost: Free, donated by the Desert Botanical Gardens
• What to bring: Sun Protection, sturdy hiking shoes (good traction and ankle support!), water and snacks.  
• Post-Hike Fun (Optional): Brunch/Lunch at Gertrude’s in the Gardens! Feel free to leave after or continue to explore the Garden!

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups – it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members in the area. Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
