Join local FD community member Catherine (“Ollie”) for a Waterfall Hiking Meetup near Blacksburg, VA! The Cascades trail is a moderate 4-mile out and back to the 66-foot-tall Cascades Falls located in the Jefferson National Forest in Pembroke, VA.

Important Details

• Location: Cascades Day Area, 2068 Cascades Drive, Pembroke VA 24136
• Activity: The hike is a 3.8-mile loop which should take 2.5 – 3 hours. You can check it out HERE.
• Cost: $3 per car for parking
• What to bring: Make sure to bring a water bottle and snacks.

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups, it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members.

Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
