Caregiver Program Eligibility

Home Caregiver Eligibility Criteria

FIRST DESCENTS CAREGIVER PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • In an effort to serve the young adult community, Caregiver program applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 45 and have cared for an individual who qualifies for our programs (young adults impacted by MS or Cancer between the ages of 18-45).
  • Eligible individuals may only have ONE caregiver apply for our Programs.
  • We do have specific programs for MS and Oncology Caregivers, so double-check that you are signed up for the appropriate program.
