All programs are FREE and include lodging in a spectacular location, plus gear, pro-guided instruction, chef-prepared meals, and time to kick back with fellow members of our incredible FD community.

Lady Bird Lake

Austin, TX

Join local FD community member Iram (“Rum and Coke”) for an Austin kayaking and paddle boarding meetup on Lady Bird Lake in central Austin.

Saturday, April 19 | 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Important Details

  • Location: Lady Bird Lake – Capital Cruises (behind Hyatt Regency)
  • Activity: Kayaking or Stand Up Paddle Boarding
  • Cost: Capital Cruises is generously offering a 2hrs for the price of 1hr rental special!
    • $18 for a single kayak and $20 for a double kayak or SUP
  • What to bring: Sun protection, clothing that can get wet, a water bottle and some snacks!

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups, it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members.

Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
