All programs are FREE and include lodging in a spectacular location, plus gear, pro-guided instruction, chef-prepared meals, and time to kick back with fellow members of our incredible FD community.

Join local FD Community members Ashley (“Cyclone”) & Hanna (“Shuddha”) for a fun Denver Yoga & Paddling adventure at Bear Creek Lake Park! 

Saturday, August 16 | 8:00 AM

Important Details

  • Location: Bear Creek Lake Park. Meet at Rocky Mountain Paddleboard – Lakewood: 15600 W Morrison Rd, Lakewood, CO 80228 (Use the clickable link, typing it in will take you to the wrong address. Meet at the rental location on the shore of Big Soda Lake, it’s the last parking lot after the main swim beach and just before the overflow lot!)
  • Activity: 8:30am Yoga & Guided Meditation, Stand Up Paddle Boarding & Kayaking lake day after!
  • Cost: $15 entry fee per vehicle ($5 for individuals with Disabilities), Paddle Board & Kayak Rentals starting at $24 per hour (Book ahead of time online and save 10%)
  • What to bring: Sun protection, Yoga mat/blanket/towel (if you have one) , swimsuit, Paddle Board or Kayak (if you have one), water and snacks.
