Take some time to connect with nature alongside fellow healthcare workers on this invigorating HERO RECHARGE program with First Descents! Take a break, enjoy some water time, and spend the weekend whitewater kayaking and relaxing in the Berkshires. Zoar Outdoor will be hosting us for a whitewater kayaking adventure in the beautiful fall colors, and we will spend the evening recharging.

There will be three program dates available:

• June 19-21, 2021 
• June 22-24, 2021 
• June 25-27, 2021

Registration details will be emailed to the Northeast Region 12 weeks prior to the program.

All accommodations, meals, gear, and instruction are free of cost. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the program. For some programs, carpooling is an option. Please follow travel guidelines when planning travel.

FD adheres to and exceeds public health guidelines. At this time, vaccines are not required to attend an FD program however, all Parties are required to complete COVID-19 screenings. If fully vaccinated, masks are optional for healthcare workers. Given that health guidelines are constantly changing, FD programs are subject to change. If there is a change to this program, FD will notify you.
