As part of its series “No One Fights Alone,” Empowered Hosted by Meg Ryan recently partnered with First Descents to showcase the impact that our free weeklong Core Programs and locally led Community Adventures have on young adults dealing with cancer and MS.

Throughout December of 2025 and all of 2026, national networks such as CNN, MSNBC, Discovery Life, and Discovery en Español, along with more than a hundred Public Television stations nationwide, will share the resulting video, which you can view below.
