Connect with fellow healthcare workers on this renewing HERO RECHARGE program with First Descents! Spend the weekend hiking in wild places and taking part in rejuvenating yoga classes from your home base at the Ronora Lodge and Retreat Center. This program has a little of everything to help you take a break, recharge, and relax with your peers.
All accommodations and meals will be provided. No experience necessary.
FD adheres to local and state health guidelines when developing programs. All programs require COVID-19 screening and adherence to program control measures, including masking, hand hygiene, social distancing, etc. More information will be provided to you during the application process.
