Elizabeth Keating is a leader, mentor, advisor, connector of good people, mother and speaker. She travels the world in search of beautiful culture, art, community, history and food with her family and for business. Elizabeth served as a Partner of Revolver New York for more than seven years, and successfully serviced global clients over the course of her 20-year career with a focus on brand strategy, concepting and branding for lifestyle and luxury hospitality and real estate companies. She continues to offer stellar strategy and branding work through her consultancy – SonnyRose.

Elizabeth has dedicated her life to helping others and advocating for justice since starting an HIV/AIDS Awareness committee in high school, to working with children with disabilities, to starting an LGBTQ+ Family Alliance at her daughter’s school, and much more. Her past and present board roles include: Stoke Broker, Saira Hospitality, Independent Lodging Conference.

She has served as a long-time supporter and donor of First Descents for nearly a decade and is eager to continue this journey as a Board Member. She serves in honor of family and close friends impacted by both cancer and MS. Elizabeth believes in the power of community and nature that unites people and creates a sense of peace and bolsters self-confidence.

Elizabeth graduated from Georgetown University, received a certificate from Harvard Business School Online, “Sustainable Business Strategy”, and currently resides in Aspen, Colorado with her husband and two children (and hails from her favorite city – NYC!).
