JOIN US FOR A 2024 HEALING ADVENTURE!
This is open to members of the MS community and +1’s.
Join FD Community Member Heather in the Roaring Fork Valley (3.5 hours west of Denver) for an awesome Colorado MS Fly Fishing weekend. This adventure is a beginner friendly weekend of fly fishing education and peaceful river time. No gear or skills required.
Dates: Friday Oct 4th – Sunday Oct 6th
Cost: $400 (does not include transportation)
Local fly fishing guides have generously volunteered their time for a Saturday float trip on the Roaring Fork River and a Sunday wade trip on the Frying Pan River. This is an opportunity to learn about fly fishing and connect with other members of the MS community. (18+)
The group will have an airbnb that can host up to 10 people Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. (This and food are what the cost covers).
There will also be an optional Saturday night BBQ/ bonfire and a Sunday morning meditation/ yoga class at the house. Each piece of the weekend is adaptable and time put in is users choice. Gear will be provided.
Heather is excited to introduce members of the MS community to this gentle form of adventure and deep way of connecting with nature.
