Celebrate Out Living It Day with Local FD member Kym (“Otter”) with a fun Lake Tahoe hiking adventure at Donner Memorial State Park!

Important Details

• Location: Donner Memorial State Park. Meet at Otter’s Cabin on the west end of Donner Lake
• Activity: Hiking the 3.6 mile Donner Summit Canyon Trail (AllTrails). It should take us about 2.5 hours.
• Cost: Free!
• What to bring: Sun Protection, sturdy hiking shoes (good traction and ankle support!), water and snacks, towel & swimsuit for the beach (optional). 
• Post-Hike Fun (Optional): After the hike, we’ll walk to Donner Lake and hang out on the beach!

Whether it’s your first time joining or you’ve been to a bunch of FD meetups – it’ll be a fun day hanging out with local FD community members in the area. Feel free to invite along friends/family (18+), as anyone is welcome to attend Community Adventures!
