The Outer Banks of North Carolina is known for its warm waters, golden beaches, and consistent surf break. You’ll spend four days honing your surfing skills with our longtime outfitter, FarmDog Surf School. After epic days spent catching waves, you’ll kick back at our gorgeous oceanfront house to relax, enjoy homemade meals prepared by First Descents’ professional Chefs, and enjoy nightly gatherings with a new community of FD friends!

There will be one week of Multiple Sclerosis Outer Banks Surfing program in 2026.

TRAVEL: Participants are responsible for getting to/from the program. Travel scholarships are available through the registration form.

HEALTH & SAFETY: All Participants are required to fill out a registration form. FD will select participants based on available space on the program. Once selected, participants may be required to get a medical form from their Doctor. FD strongly recommends that all Participants are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Read more here.
