Enjoy the crisp air of early Fall in the breathtaking Shawangunk Mountains on this HERO RECHARGE rock climbing program with First Descents. Just two hours north of NYC, the “Gunks” are home to some of the most renowned rock climbing in the Northeast. Spend the weekend with Alpine Endeavors, climbing high above the tree line to take in the luminous last days of summer and relaxing at The Minnewaska Lodge. This is the perfect opportunity to get the outdoor climbing skills you’ve always dreamed of in the iconic Gunks with fellow healthcare workers looking for a recharge!
