First Descents is dedicated and passionate about providing healthy meals and nutrition education at our programs. We believe in the healing properties of food and the benefits that can be gained from sharing amazing meals.

We partner with health-supportive chefs who are passionate about the healing power of good food and eager to share their love of cooking and nutrition.  We go the extra mile to source as many local and organic goods as possible. Menus emphasize a fresh whole-food approach to eating. Most importantly meals taste great and inspire healthy living!
