The San Fran Trib highlighted the community quarter with a culinary workshop. Carmelita Oguro, passionate chef and founder of numnums, lead this workshop. We learned new cooking techniques and incorporated cancer fighting ingredients into healthy dishes. The meal started off with kale chips, followed by tuna tacos, sweet potatoes with scallion and miso butter (HUGE hit!), and ended with a scrumptious “everything” cheesecake.
